Have some extra ingredients lying around and was thinking about trying to use for a new batch. Current inventory includes:

1oz Hallertau
1oz Nugget
1oz Centennial
.75lbs Belgian De-Bittered Black
.5lbs English Roasted Barley
.75lbs Briess Chocolate Malt
.75lbs Weyermann De-Husked Carafa III
6lbs American 2-Row
6lbs Maris Otter

thinking this list lends itself towards porter/stout........looking for suggestions.

Definitely looks porter/stout. Could be two 5-gallon batches if you're not averse to low-ABV. Otherwise, you probably want to leave about half of the roasted grains and hops out.
