I like to drink sam adams and octoberfest type beers. anyone have an ale recipe for me to try? I recently started all-grain brewing and have been using safale 05 yeast. Just brewed Edworts haus ale yesterday.

thanks in advance!

all grain or extract?
I like Sam Adams & have come pretty close to cloning their Boston lager.
I also recently made an Amber lager that turned out very close to SA Oktoberfest.
both of these were partial mash but I can convert to whatever you want. I have made both beers as ales with us-05 & as warm fermented lagers with 34-70.
the lagers are much closer to the real thing, especially after 6+ weeks of lagering.
edit...
sorry, after rereading your op I see you specified all grain.
here's my Sam Adams clone
9 lb 2 row
.5 lb c-60
.5 oz Perle @ 60
1 oz mittelfruh @ 20
1 oz tettnanger @ 10
1 oz mittelfruh @ 0
dry hop with 2 oz mittelfruh for 7 days
ferment with s-05 or preferably 34-70 @ 68°F
lager at least 3 wks @ 34°
