Hi, I've never used any hop shot before! had a couple questions about it.
1. Does the potency of it diminish with time, like regular hops?
2. How would I determine really what the IBUs of the following beer would be? Pretty sure you can't really get above 100 be using hops, but since I'm using hopshot extract..... Also, since I don't have it included, since I don't know how to add it into beersmith, how do I account for that as well? I have two hopshot syringes. To use both or only one?? Also, might drop base malt down a pount and munich down a pound or so to aim for 9% ABV.
