6# Pale Malt
1# Rye Malt
1# Roasted Barley
1# Carapils
1.2 oz Cascade @ 60 Min
Mash at 150

I'm going for a stout.

Looks tasty, what yeast were you thinking of?

With the price of cascades you might want to use something a little cheaper for the bittering addition, save the cascades for something you can actually taste it in.

I have a ton of cascades, and I've not a vacuum sealer.
Sort of sad, really.
I'm thinking US-05.

Maybe you should sell some of it, I bet you could make a pretty nice profit. :D

US-05 should work well, I think you'll have a pretty tasty beer there! I've not tried rye malt in a stout, but I've done an ale that is 60/40 munich/rye and it's really good!
