Recipe ideas? Ipa or pale ale?

Hey guys,

I've been leaning back and forth from doing another ipa or trying a pale ale. I have plenty of hops on hand as well as some new ones I want to try (calypso, falconers flight).

Hops on hand
Galaxy
Simcoe
Amarillo
Cascade
Falconers flight
Zythos
Citra
Calypso

In my primary I have my ipa with galaxy, simcoe and citra (dry hopping with Amarillo and citra)

But I'm really looking to see if anyone has had any experience with calypso or falconers flight because that's what I def want to use in my next brew.

Also, I will be using dry dme with steeping grains and yeast starter. If anyone could give me some ideas I would really appreciate it!
