Hey guys,
I have a few recipes that I have come up with that I would like to tweak a little bit. Most of them are high ABV, so I would like to take a few of them down a notch and see how they come out. My question is, should I just bring down my base malt amount or adjust the whole recipe according to the percentages I had before? I really like the way they all came out so I a kind of leaning toward adjusting the whole recipe, but I wanted to see what you guys think first.
Thanks!

Greatly depends on the % of specialty malts & degree of adjustment.....

If it is a recipe that you like, just scale everything down...

May need to adjust the hop amounts by the same degree also...
