Looking for recipe and proper tech. to make hard cider {sweet} in oak barrel I used once 4 years ago to make a hard cider with family recipe included rum and lots of fruit juices and no yeasts . I've keep barrel wet inside .
I can get unpast. and unpres'd juice. I have some Barlkeen powder for sanitizing. And will get juice in 5 gal. plastic jugs that I can do primary fermination in if needed but will have some air space on top ,barrel does only 7 to8 gal.
