I am wanting to brew a milder pale ale in order to get some of my friends introduced to something different than BMC beers. I had a great session pale ale last week that used citra hops. Here is what I am looking to try and I would like to hear anyone's thoughts on this recipe.

8 lbs Pilsen malt
2 lbs wheat
8 oz crystal 20
0.5 oz magnum at 60 min.
0.5 oz citra at 5 min
0.5 oz citra steep for 10 minutes.
US-05 dry yeast.
Mash at 150 for 90 min.

Personally, I like it...looks delicious. If you want to up those 5 and 10 min steep additions I would...citra gives a nice orange/grapefruit aromas and I would try to accentuate those if you have the hops available :mug:
