I am looking to brew an IPA for a Superbowl party. Can anyone give me feedback on this recipe?

13.00 lb Pale Malt (2 Row) US (2.0 SRM) Grain 76.47 %
2.50 lb Vienna Malt (3.5 SRM) Grain 14.71 %
0.75 lb Cara-Pils/Dextrine (2.0 SRM) Grain 4.41 %
0.75 lb Caramel/Crystal Malt - 20L (20.0 SRM) Grain 4.41 %
1.50 oz Centennial [10.00 %] (60 min) (Mash Hop) Hops 8.5 IBU
1.00 oz Amarillo Gold [8.50 %] (Dry Hop 3 days) Hops -
1.00 oz Amarillo Gold [8.50 %] (60 min) Hops 24.2 IBU
1.00 oz Amarillo Gold [8.50 %] (30 min) Hops 18.6 IBU
1.00 oz Amarillo Gold [8.50 %] (15 min) Hops 12.0 IBU
1.00 oz Centennial [10.00 %] (15 min) Hops 14.1 IBU
1.00 oz Centennial [10.00 %] (1 min) Hops 1.2 IBU
1 Pkgs California Ale V (White Labs #WLP051) Yeast-Ale

Thought I would mash at 152-153 to keep it a little drier.

It should be around 7%.

Thanks,
Rusty

Looks good. The last IPA I brewed, I mashed higher than that, 158*, so that it would have a nice malty backbone to balance against the hops (it had around 60 IBU). It turned out well, to my tastes at least, if you want to look at the recipe and the numbers, its here Short-Nights-IPA

looks grrrrreat!

What are thoughts on mash hopping vs first wort?

i like the idea of a FWH with this since a lot of your IBU are coming in the latter additions. i've never tried the mash hopping personally, but heard it's quite similar to the FWH, but will lend less IBU to the beer.
none the less, that looks like one tasty IPA, gotta love all those amarillo hops! :mug:

Recipe looks good.. Just did one similar and hoping it will be good by superbowl as well..
