Hello,
I'm looking to make a tasty, easy drinking lager. This is what I've come up with. Any thoughts would be appreciated.
cheers,
Richard
---------------------------------
7.5lb 2-row
1.75lb flaked corn
1lb Vienna Malt

1.75oz saaz @ 60

Yeast - WLP840

est OG - 1.054
est FG - 1.010
-----------------------------------------

Yep thats going to be fine. you might want to throw a small amount of saaz in the last 20 minutes, like a half ounce or so, for a little interest. Its unlikely to offend anyone. I dont know what the AA on your saaz is, but id aim for 15-20 IBUs.

Really all that will matter is how good your process and temp control is. Any mistakes or off flavors will show.
