Hello,

Is there any advice out there on scaling a recipie down from five gallons to 2.5 gallons? Do I just cut the ingredients in half?

Generally, yes. Everything except the yeast, which can still be a full pack.

Sometimes, there is some adjusting to do with the hops and boil size. But cutting the recipe in half generally works.
