I posted earlier this week about using some surplus hops for a Black IPA. I won't be able to get the grains here in time to brew this weekend, so I had to shift gears!

Any thoughts on this NEIPA inspired recipe?

It would use all but 1oz of the homegrown northern brewer hops I have on hand.

Thanks much!

Looks good to me. That's a lot of dry hops, you should get a lot of fresh aroma with that!

With the use the of the wheat, I'm not sure what the cara will give you - you probably won't need it for head formation or retention.

With the leaf hops, you might consider putting those in a mesh bag of some sort when you add them, and then letting as much of the wort drain out of them afterwards as possible - they will soak up quite a bit of liquid.

Let us know how it turns out!
