The glass base broke off of my Pivovarský dům fluted .3L glass. The break was very clean, a little too clean in fact which leads me to believe that it broke off where the glass was fitted to the base during assembly. My dad tried to epoxy it back together, but that held for about 3 days under almost zero usage. Did he just epoxy it badly or is there a better way to get glass back together?

That sucks. You might try finding someone who does handmade glass art in your area. I'd bet they could "weld" it together. It may not look perfect but it may
work.

what he said.
I've never found anything that could mend glass to the point that it was strong enough to actually be used again.
Art glass studio or a glass restoration specialist would be somewhere to start looking for an actual repair.
Course it'll probably cost $50+.
