Did a search but found no answer.
I was just wondering when reading the sticker thermometers you get the 3 colored selections. Which one, if any is most accurately the temp? or is it trying to give you just a 3 degree range?

I don't know if this is true for all stick-on thermos, but the ThruMometer says (it's hard to see in this pic, I can verify when I get home):

Green is exact
Blue adds 1ºF
Brown subtracts 1ºF

every liquid crystal thermometer I've seen, green is the number you read.

My thermometer color codes it with green being the one to read too. Either way, it seems to always be the one in the middle of the three if that helps any...

Of course, heating with wood right now ain't helping things any. The living room hits the low 80s during the day and the furnace stops it from going lower than 65 at 3 am...
