So I stumbled on raw honey in the grocery store and decided to give it a shot since I've been getting more into honey as a result of mead making. Imagine my surprise when its quite possibly the best tasting sweetener I've ever tried.

Doing a quick search I found:
http://www.huntershoneyfarm.com/s.nl/it.A/id.722/.f Which is way reasonable considering I shelled out $90 for 15 lbs of orange blossom and thought that a good deal.

Anyway the point...anyone made a raw honey mead? Any differences in flavor profile / process to speak of?

From what i have read people prefer to use raw unprocessed honey in their meads if they can due to arguably better flavor and aroma. Their price on 60lb buckets seems really reasonable if you can pick it up locally without having to ship it. There shouldn't be any difference in process at all.
