I've been looking to see what is the average ratio of hops, grains, yeast, malt, and water for a 5 gallon brew? Any help or comments is greatly appreciated!

Difficult to answer such a broad question. Style dictates a lot.

But, roughly 12-25 lbs of grain, 1-16 oz hops, 9 gallons of water, 1 yeast starter.

That works for me! I'm just trying to get a basis to start getting product stored up. Im mainly looking to brew IPA's and Amber Ales. Thank you for the help!
