I'm looking into recipes for a raspberry wheat Ale. Some only talk about putting the fruit in the secondary, some say half in the primary, half in the secondary and some have mentioned to add it after flame out when temp hits about 180... Any thoughts out there?
 
I've done two extract batches using Austin Homebrew's regular Wheat kit. Since it was my first go round, I just used 1 oz of Raspberry extract. Both turned out well, but I want to use actual fruit next time. I will put all the fruit in secondary when it happens.
