I am planning fresh. Both raspberry and blueblues are in season in NJ. I have been picking them and freezing them in 1 gallon bags. I like to mix the two fruits- 75% rapberry 25% blueberry. I want a full body sweet wine and don't know how many pounds are required of each. Hopefully someone could give me a recipe and I'm ready to start. Also what yeast is recommended?
