When I was in college I went into anaphylaxis after drinking red wine. It happened a second time years later when I thought it would be safe to drink some white wine. The bad news is I haven't had a glass of wine in decades. The good news is that is why I fell in love with beer.

You and me both. I was on velocity forever. But Physics type are way more interested in velocity than volume. Sometimes. Sort of. Maybe.

MoreBeer seems to have 1 lb bags of Viking Roasted Barley (338L) in stock. They also have larger sizes of Briess, but I assume you're not looking for a lifetime supply.

Williams has a 580L roasted barley in stock in 1 lb bags, but they don't say which maltster.

Yeah I’m a creature of habit with Neil at Ritebrew. Plus I already have a backlog of batches because I have not been brewing after I had a run in with gravity on a hike in Italy and no amount of prosciutto red wine and pasta could fix my dumpty’s humpyness after ripping up my rotator cuff. Believe me, I tried. Maybe not insane Italian family lunch tried, but by God I gave it a good go.
