Very cool.
I won't complain about where I live because I have the best neighbors ever but I those views aren't part of the package. Tough choice.
As an aside, spent time in the Outer Banks, was nice and liked the regularity of the waves.

Between Silver City and Lordsburg, at the end of a dirt road with 1 neighbor a kilometer away. Just the wife and I with all the wildlife. Perfect spot to ride out the pandemic last year
