Here's what I have laying around:

Amber LME - 9lbs
Plain Amber DME - 3lbs
Plain Light DME - 3lbs
Crystal 60 - 1lb
Chocolate - 1lb
Black Patent - 1lb
Willamette - 4.4% AA - 2oz
Sterling - 6.0% AA - 1oz
Cluster - 7.9% AA - 1oz
Yakima Magnum - 14.4% AA - 1oz
Wyeast 1007 German Ale - 1 smack pack
Wyeast 1728 Scottish - 1 smack pack

I've never tried to free hand a reciped before, and would like to use up these ingredients before the shelf life runs out. Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. :mug:
