To my fellow brewers please I could use some help.Getting ready to rack4-1 gallon batches,cyser/graf,bracket,honeyale,and a tart cherry mead with 1lb.of honey and10oz.of D.M.E guess you could call it a cherry port memomel.
I know what to add to cyser/graf,the honey ale,and the cherry port.What do I add to the bracket when I rack it?I don't want to water it down.:mug:
 
You're talking about reducing head space? In a 1 gal batch, you should be able to add sanitized marbles or glass beads to take up space. You could rack to a smaller vessel if you have one that's suitable.
