Racking to secondary fermentation...too soon?

So today I transferred into Carboy after a week in a sealed and air locked bucket. I didn't look to see if the airlock was still bubbling. I also didn't take a hydrometer reading. As I was syphoning I saw the wort still bubbling. I finished anyway. What effect will it have on the beer if it didn't finish fermenting?
 
What did you brew? What was the OG?

You will need to give it plenty of time, as in weeks. Are you letting it warm up a bit?
