So today I transferred into Carboy after a week in a sealed and air locked bucket. I didn't look to see if the airlock was still bubbling. I also didn't take a hydrometer reading. As I was syphoning I saw the wort still bubbling. I finished anyway. What effect will it have on the beer if it didn't finish fermenting?
