Im a big fan of slightly sweet ipas less bitter with a lot of hop taste at the end. so this is what I came up with let me know what you think. (using belma cause I just got them in ) Also want it done (bottle conditioned) by xmass


11lbs 2row
2lbs vienna
1lb Crystal 20l
1lb honey malt
.50lb cara-pils

1oz citra mash hop
mash at 152 for 60 min
batch sparge

1oz belma and .5 citra first wort hop
.5 each belma and citra @ 20
1oz each belma sitra @ flame out

cali ale yeast wlp001

7 days at 67

5days dryhop 1.5 oz each belma and citra

bottle condition
 
If you want a sweeter IPA try doing an English IPA keep everything the same and just use an english yeast like WLP023 (burton ale) or WLP002 (english ale) both those will leave some more sweetness than WLP001.

...and 1# of Honey malt is waaaaay tooooooo muuuuuuch! 4-6 oz. is plenty; I recently did a 5 gl batch of Blonde Ale w/ 2 oz & could still taste it.
