Think I screwed again I went to home depot and bought 10 orange 5 gallons buckets with lid to store my uncrushed grains... will this be ok or I need to go back and buy the white ones? Thx in advance.

As long as they're food grade plastic they should be fine. What would be the problem with orange buckets, per se.

When you open the buckets, and they stink, you don't want to put grains in there.

from what I read, the buckets at homedepot, the orange are not food grade, only the white ones, but when I flip them over they are both listed as HDPE 2 so I assumed the orange one were right...
