quick question on racking

i am making a dry mead (still in the primary) was just wondering if i can rack it onto a bunch of frozen fruit (thawed out of course) that i can find at the store

Yes...

You might consider bagging the thawed fruit up in a muslin sack or nylon bag to contain the pulp -- makes it easier and less messy to rack back off the fruit later.

just racked over a lb of thawed mixed berries .... when should I rack it next..2 Weeks...1 month?
