Quick advice for my brew

I'm looking for some advice for hop additions for my next brew.

I have

4 pds liquid light extract
1 pd dry light extract
1 pd crystal

hops

2 oz williamette
1 oz centennial
1 oz uk challenger


I dont know much about which hops are better for bittering. Any help would be much appreciated!

ok, first of all what kind of beer is this? what Lovibond is this crystal? it should say 20L, 40L, etc...
