So, this would be my 4th home brew. The rest have all been brewers best kits which are fairly straight forward, with the most intense being the dunklewizen I did first with the help of my inlaws.
So since we love Chimay, we figured this would be a nice try. I got this kit and there is all kinds of stuff inside here I've never seen before; candy, different DME, and a bunch of other stuff.
Thing is, the directions are extremely vague. I have zero idea on what to do and when to do it.
Is it possible that one of you guys here could help me get a better idea of what i should be doing as opposed to just "winging it"?
I'd really like to make this beer as soon as the hefeweizen is out of the secondary and into bottles.
