I am looking for a Stout to Brew for the upcoming St. Patrick's Day celebrations here, and I stumbled upon Oflannagain Standard on the reciped Page. It calls for 6 lbs. of American 2 Row. I have about 15 lbs. of UK 2 Row left from a 50 lb. Bag. How much different will this Stout taste if I substitute the American 2 Row for the UK 2 Row?

While it will be a little different, odds are you couldn't tell the difference even in a side-by-side. The roasted flavours of a stout really dominate over pretty much everything else.
