After fermentation is done - who racks into a clean carboy before cold crashing and drinking ? And who just leaves it in the jug and cold crashes ?
I think I want to rack into a clean 1 gallon glass carboy before cold crashing and drinking. I want my cider clear.
Any pros cons or suggestions ?
