I've hunted high and low for a tap handle for on my (future) brother-in-law's kegerator..... But can't find one, but thought about making one using a resin figurine..... so my question is this, will a tap handle align the same on any faucet it is put on? or do I need to do some trial and error on his so the front of the handle lines up with the front of the kegerator??????

the collar on the tap handle is adjustable. It serves as basically a lock nut. Spin the lock nut down all the way, thread you tap handle on until it bottoms out, back it off until straight or aligned as you would like, turn the lock nut back up against the tap handle. Make sure you have enough clearance and nothing rubs on the faucet.
