Question about carbonating.

I keg'd my first batch yesterday and have it set to 11 psi. I plan to leave it there for a week. I have a question about sneaking a beer here and there - will it interfere with the carbonation process?

I just kegged my first beer a few weeks ago and I did just that. Not sure if it messed anything up, but it's carbed up nicely now.

You can sneak a beer with no problem. It usually takes 2-3 weeks before the carbonic acid bite is gone and the beer is at its best, IME. Longer if the beer is green, but that has nothing to do with the carbonation.
