Am I able to brew with the stuff I am able to find at a local store? They have Red (Hard) Wheat and White (Hard) Wheat? Is it possible to use this stuff in brewing? I'm really only curious because this is .50-.80/lb whereas the local funstore brewstore is $1.90/lb and I couldn't physically see a difference?
