My next brew is going to be a Honey Jalapeno Saison. I like brewing with hot peppers, and whenever I have I always just add them in the secondary. Today I was thinking to myself, "self, why don't I just add the peppers to the primary once fermentation is done."
I've never added anything to the primary after fermentation is done, I've always used a secondary for fruit/veggies/dry hopping. Any reason I shouldn't add the peppers to the primary?
