No trick here! Just a treat come October!:ban:

I have been loving how the ac vent keeps the temp of the brew at 62-65 degrees!

Have you tapped thet pumkin yet?

How's it taste?

I am seriously considering making one for next fall. We grow a ton of pumpkins aroudn here. From what I here we are the pumpkin capitol of the world. Not sure about that, however they have a festival for it every fall. We usually get some damn good pumpkin pies. Haven't tried teh pumpkin beer yet.

I just bottled this on Thursday and it tastes awesome! The recipe is an extract with 8oz oc Crystal 20L and 4oz of chocolate malt. I used Kent Goldings hops. This is going to be good.

sweeet...i'm looking for a nice pumpkin ale recipe thats really subtle. i find a lot of pumpkin beers taste too much like pumpkin pie for me to want more than one. i tried one recently that was really mellow and highly enjoyed it.
