Just brewed a pumpkin ale finished with nutmeg and cinnamon at the end I boil... Just transferred to secondary and had a taste. I know it's not exact to whatnot will taste like but the spices have settled out and was thinking of adding vanilla... Any suggestions? I have seen many different answers... I was leaning towards extract and adding at bottling but wasn't sure how much.
 
I have heard good things about 1 or 2 vanilla beans in the secondary of pumpkin ales. Not sure about extract, but if you go that route, just be cognizant that it is easy to put too much in.
