I hate to see a question like this languish, so here's my 2-cents:
Pressure and flow-wise it looks to be up to the task, but there's no details on what's inside the SS head. I know that PBW doesn't get along with aluminum and maybe some other materials. As far as Star San goes; Which school of thought do you go with: Simply spray the surface and call it good, or fill the keg completely to remove O2 and then purge? The latter is the preferred choice of most homebrewers as it'll waste a ton of CO2 in purge-cycling and air-filled keg as opposed to just displacing Star San.
Your potential pump choice has shown that you've at least given it some amount of serious research, as at least once a year we'll get someone who wants to start kegging, post a link to a cheap submersible pond-pump and ask if it can clean their Sanke. *-Those cheap pumps are perfectly adequate for a corny-keg cleaner and the leading choice...to whit; Have you considered using cornies which are far easier and more economical to work with?
We have a small but successful niche on here of DIY'ers that use sankes and in the last year or two there was at least one long and well detailed thread in which a member continually updated and debabted choices of parts, but I can't find it. Maybe someone else will have better luck. In the meantime, I hope the bump from this post will get a few more knowledgable-than-me members to help you out.

I finally broke down and got some Torpedo kegs that have both Corny style bail lids and a Sankey D port. I use them to clean my son-in-law’s two tap kegerator and to share my homebrew when we travel to their place in Florida.

My kegerator is set up for Cornelius style kegs, and I do have three kegs/kegmentors that are either Sanke or hybrids and seriously considered switching over to all Sankey, but then what would I do with all my others kegs?

Thanks for the reply, @Broken Crow ! And yes, I am currently using cornies. I just like the that sankes are commercial grade.

I have been using that exact pump for cip for my conical. It has a lot of power. I use 140 degree water and pbw. After 10/15 uses I took the head apart to look for rust. None, and it looks like everything is either plastic or stainless. So far so good.
Thanks @cfrazier77 ! Is everything inside the head stainless or plastic? I don't suppose you have any pics of the inside of that pump head? Maybe I will bite the bullet and just buy one so I can take apart the head and have a look.

I just take the spear out and use the CIP on the pond pump with PBW, leave the spear in PBW, refill with star san to the brim, Reinsert the spear with a connector on and this way I know the whole unit is filled with starsan, then purge with ferment gas and good to go.

Here you go. The only thing that is not stainless or plastic is the center shaft/bolt. I might cover it with some jb weld.
