Took me a day of scouring the net before I finally found the United States Public Statutes at Large in .pdf form on www.constitution.org.
This is what Jimmy Carter signed into law on October 14, 1978, thus allowing us to brew. (From House Resolution H.R. 1337 -- Correlation between homebrewing and the true definition of "leet"? Hmmm... think about that)

Sorry if it's already been posted on here, I just couldn't find it. I plan on framing this in some form or another and hanging it in my brew area -- a little inspiration to attempt to hit that 200 gallon mark.:rockin:
