So, luckily, the very first homebrew book i read, told me how to pronounce wort in the forst few pages, saving be years of enbarrassment. but dang it, i was liting to the Brulosphy podcast over thw eekend and found out that i have been pronouncing trub (trube) wrong since like 2009?

what else am I mispronouncing?

FYI, My name is Mic (like a microphone, not a Jagger)

PS, edited to say I saw the misspelling in the title but can't edit that! ha ha!

Krausen & Saaz (since they're German)

Yep. RPh covered KROY zen. Saaz is "Zots." Which is fun to say.

How do you say Motueka? I'm pretty sure the only NZ hop I'm saying right is Dr Rudi. Though I should probably even work on the accent for that one. [emoji16]
