Just Ordered My Kit. I Want To Start Eazy. I Love Sam Adams Boston Lager, smithwicks. Thats Kinda My Taste. Where Should I Start? Where Should I Buy? Any Advice Would Be Great. Thanx.

I'd start with a relatively simple kit. I believe its Midwest that has a Liberty Cream Ale kit. It was one of my first brews and it turned out great. Not too complex, but a real crowd pleaser. Should suit your tastes.

Although Sammy's BL is a tasty brew, it is not easy to duplicate for a brewing noober. As a lager, it needs to be fermented well below room temperature. Unless you have right equipment, you probably cant' do it.

However, Smithwicks, an ale, is easier to pull off.

At this point, what do you have for equipment?
