Priming Sugar

I placed my order of just ingredients this time and not a kit. It came out a lot cheaper buying in quantity, but I forgot to get priming sugar.

There is not a HBS in my state and I am trying to think of where I could get priming sugar. It's just corn sugar or dextrose correct? Would local grocery stores carry this?

Grocery stores won't have it. Bummer ! When you order ..order 3 to 6 lbs.
It keeps well.

In a pinch you could prime with DME or honey as well.

Some recipes actually recommend using DME for priming. I believe most recommend about 1 1/4 cups for priming.
