I am bottling a heff next week, one that at the racking tasted slightly watered down.
I know you can use DME for priming, but what about liquid malt extract? I figure that might help a little with the water down issue.
I am a sort-of beginner. I have made batches before, but have always used carbtabs or corn sugar.
Thanks!

prob with LME is getting it fully infused with the non boiling wort.

Get a hydromerter and never rack beofe the OG is right

Don't depend on priming sugar for any flavor or such. Just use basic dextrose for its predictability and make a note, next time, to make your adjustments while it's still in secondary.
