I have a small 3 gallon batch of Pale Ale that has been dryhopping (today is day 7) that I am ready to bottle. Just realized that I only have about 2oz left of corn sugar which would not be enough to get the co2 level I want (about 2.4). I have both Table Sugar and DME around....should I just supplement with one of those?
