hi,

i made a "dead guy" all grain ten days ago and transfered it to the secondary today. the sample tasted good but it was a little bit carbonated (all my past beers were flat at this point) .
my OG was 1.065 and the FG is1.015.
is carbonation in the primary a normal thing in high gravity beers(never made anything above 1.055)?

thanks

There's generally a bit of CO2 in solution, regardless of gravity, but it shouldn't be super noticeable. Yours might still be fermenting.
