i brewed a honey ale about 3 weeks ago and i checked gavity after 10 or so days and it was where it needed to be. today i heard it bubbling and checked in the airlock and was some small white floating islands. why bubbling after 3 weeks?

Because you touch yourself at night.

Really thought I have seen my completely finished fermentations bubble a few times if bumped slightly. I suppose they could also respond to a temperature increase. The fermenter is completely full of CO2 to the point a minute amount would trigger a bubble. So it doesn't take much at all. You should be fine.
