Pressure relief valve - schrader valve?

So I am trying to find some decently priced ball lock kegs in this keg draught and I found some but they have hansen valves instead of pull-to-release pressure relief valves. I was wondering if you could drill a hole to fit in a tire valve to allow you to release pressure, or perhaps use a threaded schrader valve.

This is the hansen valve that pops when it over pressures:

And I was thinking of tapping a hole in the lid to accommodate one of these:
