hi all,

Last week I filled a soda keg with beer and added 3,5 grams per litre sugar. Today, there’s 1,5 bar of pressure on the keg at 21 degrees Celsius. The keg will be fridge cold when draughting.

I wonder what the ideal pressure in and on the keg is to draught a nice beer. There seem to be three variables here:

Pressure put on the keg from the co2 tank
Pressure in the keg made by the fermentation proces (saturation)
Temperature of the keg

Who can tell me what the first two variables have to be at say, 7 degrees celsius. Is there a chart that I can consult for different beer styles at different temperatures?

Thanks!
