Pressure Barrel no how

Hi guys first time , I have bought a used pressure barrel egg shaped 23litres boots tap ,which is half way up the barrel . The internal to barrel part of tap has hole which looks like it's meant for a tube or barb . My question is once I am just below half how do I feed beer to tap outlet . I've looked everywhere for info .

Could you be more specific to what you bought? Maybe a link? I'm having a hard time picturing what you're working with.
