This is what I plan to brew Thursday ordered ingredients this morning:

79% British Pale Ale Malt
7% British Crystal (60-75L)
7% Aromatic Malt
7% Flaked Wheat
Northern Brewer Hops to get 35's IBUs, and flavor with them too. I like NB.

@ 75% efficiency I should get around 1.043. I'm thinking mashing @ 154F about 10 SRM.
Going to use 1st gen WY1318. Try to ferment @ 62-68F

This is a tweaked variation of a Beer I made last year I called October ale. I'm thinking of maybe dry hopping this one. What you guys think?

The Northern Brewer hops I received were only 6% AA so I'm looking @ about 27 IBUS, I only got about 70% efficiency and hit 1.040 for gravity and mashed a bit higher than I wanted @ 158F, oh well it is what it is!
