I put several bottles of my IPA in the fridge at day 9, and tried one 24 hours later. It definitely needs a lot more time. So I took all the bottles out for storage at room temp. What I'm wondering is, what effect will that 24 hrs of chilling have on the few bottles I put in there? Can I expect the yeast to fully wake up again, and for the chilled bottles to carb and condition just like the bottles that were never chilled?

And in the future I'd move just one to test, then if it's too early you're stuck drinking just one flat beer.
